RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF ITEMS FROM STOCK

Please note that the following points refer to orders made from stock only. They do not apply to Made to Order or Bespoke orders. Made to Order and Bespoke items are not returnable or exchangeable.

We are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst hoping that you are delighted with your order from stock, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange. We must however stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange on an order from stock, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Import duties, customs and local sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any items which we deem unfit for resale.

If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us.

For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, for example, Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery in the UK or a courier service in the US or Europe.

We do not pay for return postage to us; this will be at your own cost.

Returns requests are required to be completed within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Sale items are final sale.

Exchange requests are required to be completed within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Please note, upon receipt of your Returns Number, you will have 3 days to dispatch your returns shipment.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to settle on your account.

Faulty goods
DeMasi London prides itself on outstanding quality and regularly conducts quality checks of stock. However, if you believe you have received a stock garment with some kind of fault please contact info@demasi.co.uk as soon as possible and we will advise how to proceed.
